This Programme moves beyond a basic understanding of coaching to developing, embedding coaching skills that enhance day to day management, engagement and productivity including:
developing self-reflection, self-awareness, self-management, deep listening, effective questioning, and feedback skills and the overall ability to communicate with colleagues in ways that engage, empower and enhance colleague performance.
Participants will develop a deeper sense of how they want to show up as leaders, and build a deeper and broader toolkit to integrate into their day-to-day conversations with teams and individuals in order to facilitate and sustain growth.

Methods of Learning
The emphasis is on experiential and reflective learning, underpinned with theory, with methods as follows

Self-Study (pre-work, videos, and reading etc.)

Skills Development and Knowledge Modules – 14 hours face to face learning

Coaching Sessions with 2 x Coachees (following each module)

Reflective Practice Notes

Reflective Discussions

Optional coaching 1:1 coaching session(s) with facilitator
The programme is delivered in 4 half day modules over a four month period or 2 days over a 2 month period. It can be delivered on in-house basis or participants may attend one of our public course.
We can also arranged for training to be accredited to NVQ Level 4 with some additional hours.
